- Score based on distance: Your final score is determined by how far you can walk while successfully collecting hearts and dodging zombies. The farther you go, the higher your score!

Lycamobile Instagram Competition
Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Lycamobile UK Limited, 3rd floor, Walbrook Building, 195 Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SG, England.
1. The competition
1.1 This prize draw/competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 that play the Lyca Mobile’s Instagram Halloween Filter game and register for the draw.
1.2 The overall competition will run from 31 October 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 24 November 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
1.3 Entrants must have an Instagram/Facebook account to participate in the competition. Only one entry to the draw per customer. Each entrant has three opportunities to play the game.
1.4 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than midnight on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
1.5 No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register to use the Lyca Mobile hashtags within Instagram.
1.6 The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, regardless of cause.
(b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
1.7 By submitting a competition entry, the users are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, those of Instagram, and the process for redeeming any Prize. We reserve the right to amend these conditions at any time.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except the influencers associated with the competition, employees, contractors or agents of Instagram, the Promoter or suppliers of the Promoter or any affiliated companies and members of their immediate families or households.
2.2 In entering the competition, the user confirm that he/she is eligible to do so, to claim the prize and be identified as the winner of the competition. The Promoter may require the user to provide proof of eligibility to enter the competition and take steps to confirm eligibility of any user.
2.3 By participating in the competition, all entrants agree with Instagram's policy Data Policy and for the use of the recording related to the competition (video and/or image) by Lyca Mobile when tagged for promotion purposes within the Instagram platform without further permission or notification.
2.4 The Promoter will not accept, and reserves the right to subsequently reject or withhold any prize otherwise available, any competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) incomplete.
2.5 Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
2.6 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify the user if his/her conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
3. The prize
3.1 The winner will receive a new iPhone xx.
3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to vary some or all of the prizes at their discretion.
3.3 The prize is not negotiable or transferable. No cash alternative will be offered
4. Draw and Winners
4.1 The Promoter shall select the winner based on random selection by random draw with 48 hours of the Closing Date.
4.2 The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via messaging on Instagram announcing that they have won as soon as practicable following being determined as a winner by random draw. The user will then have to provide the promoter with a UK address to send the prize.
4.3 The prizes will be delivered 7 days after the prize draw.
4.4 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on the user’s behalf.
45 We reserve the right to re-draw new winners in the event that any of the winners of the first draw cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw or a winner is found in our reasonable opinion to be otherwise ineligible under these terms.
4.6 If the user objects to any or all of the following details entry being published or made available, they shall notify the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
4.7 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if any users are not able to take up the prize.
5. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any player, winner or third party except in the event of personal injury or death resulting from the Promoter’s negligence.
6. Data protection and publicity
6.1 Personal information will be held by Lycamobile to facilitate the prize draw and announcement of winners. It will not be processed for any other purpose. Please see Lycamobile’s Privacy Policy for more details.
7. General
7.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude the user from participating in the competition in any form.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
7.3 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram
7.4 A list of prize winners (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to Walbrook Buildings 195 Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SG.
7.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7.6 In the event of any dispute, the decision of Lycamobile UK Ltd is final.
